Your payments are processed via on their secure payment portal. You will not be asked for your credit card information on this site.
PRODUCT & PACKAGING
All our products are handmade in Jamaica. Each piece is unique and is often made from natural materials, so no two pieces will be exactly identical. Differences may include, but are not limited to, wood-grains, dimensions and coloring.
All our items are beautifully wrapped and shipped in sturdy, protective packaging.
All prices displayed on this site are US$.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We are pleased to offer shipping both locally and internationally. Please see the Shipping Destinations and Charges schedule below.
We do not ship to P.O boxes, so please ensure you include a valid street address.
If you are located outside of Jamaica, please note, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied by your country's customs department and these charges must be borne by you.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO WE USE?
We ship using Jamaica Post.
HOW SOON AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION WILL MY ITEM/S BE SHIPPED?
Orders are ready to ship 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If you are in Jamaica, expect delivery 1 business day after postage.
If you are outside of Jamaica, your order may take up to 10 days to be delivered if Standard Shipping is selected. Express Shipping takes 3 - 5 days.
Please note, expected delivery times are best estimates from the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
If you feel your order is delayed, first check with your local post office and/or customs department.
Irie Finds is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. We will send you one in your shipment notification e-mail.
HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING CHARGES BE?
We are pleased to offer a flat rate per order, determined by your shipping destination, as our Standard Shipping option. Express Shipping is available for some destinations. Please check your destination below.
DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Enjoy free Standard Shipping per listing below.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
E-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise you if your order has already been shipped, in which case, it will no longer be possible to process the cancellation request.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
All our pieces are sold to our very high standards. However, we will accept returns of items that:
- Arrive broken or damaged during shipment. Ensure you include a picture of the broken/damaged item in its original packaging in your email to us
- Were incorrectly shipped. Ensure you include a picture of the incorrect item in your email to us
Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase if you desire to return your item for either of the above reasons.
Once your return request is approved, we we email you the address to which the items are to be shipped.
Returned Item must be in new, never worn condition and properly packaged for shipping to prevent damage or breakage.
Items must be received by us before a refund (including original & return shipping costs) will given.
